We are thrilled to announce that Old Mountain Farm Black Moss has joined our herd! Thank you so much to Cheryle and Wyl at Old Mountain Farm for entrusting us with this handsome guy. And thank you to Jen for making the trek from Montana to Maine and back to bring him home for us!
Black Moss is sired by Old Mountain Farm Bold Rider (CH Old Mountain Farm Knight Rider x Old Mountain Farm Bold Ersa 1*M AR) and out of Old Mountain Farm Kate Moss (Old Mountain Farm Bravo Quinn +*B x Old Mountain Farm Skinny Chic 3*M AR VEEE91). We are planning on breeding Black Moss to most of our GCH Old Mountain Farm QuentinQuinn +*B+S AR daughters this fall. He will be going in with his first batch of does in October. One of our hopes has been to acquire another Old Mountain Farm buck to breed to them before they get too old (most of them are 7 years old this year), so this is very exciting for our herd goals. We love the grace and dairyness of the Old Mountain Farm lines. Black Moss is still a little guy, but he has a beautiful smooth gait and nice dairy qualities with blingy moonspots to top it off. Please visit our 2027 Breeding Schedule to see which does we will be breeding Black Moss to this year, or Contact Us to reserve kids. Thank you!

About Krebs Dairy Goats is located in Western Montana's Bitterroot Valley, where we (the Krebs family) breed ADGA/AGS registered Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats. We participate in official DHIR 305-Day and 1-Day Milk Testing. Our priority is to breed Nigerians that are practical, high-production milkers with excellent conformational and dairy traits that exemplify the true miniature dairy goat. Categories
