Avalon Quinn started our 2023 kidding season early this morning with a set of big, healthy quadruplets, 3 does and 1 buck. They were about 8 hours old in the photo below (buckling is the second one down from the top, and the rest are doelings). Their sire is Grand Design. We will retain 1-2 of the doelings, and the other doeling(s) will be available. They come with ADGA and AGS registration. Please feel free to Contact us if you are interested in purchasing a doeling. The buckling will also be available once we evaluate if we will be offering him as a registered buck or as a wether.

The first group of does is in the kidding stalls. In the photo, we have Budgie (due April 1) in the front of the right row of stalls, Robin (due April 1), and Quesadilla (due today, March 30). On the left side we have Edelweiss in the front (due today), Clairissa Quinn (also due today), and HB Claire (due April 1). Not in the photo are Avalon Quinn (who kidded this morning -- we'll post photos shortly) and Bunny Tracks (due April 1 or 6).
We will start moving a lot more does into the kidding stalls in the next day or two as they get closer to their due dates. Most of our mature does are huge this year, so we're expecting a lot of litters of triplets, quadruplets, and maybe more. We have 31 does due between now and mid-April -- needless to say, we'll be busy. :) |
