Budgie had a pretty set of doe/buck twins yesterday morning. Their sire is Brisbane. Both of them have wattles, and the doeling is covered in moonspots. Brisbane is apparently throwing moonspots on his kids even though he doesn't have any obvious moonspots, because we've gotten several moonspotted kids out of does that haven't been known to throw moonspots with breedings to other bucks (Brisbane's sire has moonspots, which is probably where it's coming from -- the moonspotting gene can hide and "skip" generations).
The doeling will be retained at this time, but if you are interested in her, we can put you on a waiting list. The buckling will be available after we evaluate if we will be offering him as a registered buck or a wether. He's a long, handsome little guy. If you are interested in these kids, please feel free to Contact us. Photo below is of the kids at 1 day old. The doeling is in the back.
